The Directors of Trott & Duncan Limited established Trocan Management Limited to offer its clients professional corporate secretarial services and to provide quality professional services to clients at a competitive price.

Trocan Management Limited offers a range of corporate services including:

• Incorporation of Local and Exempted Companies;
• Provision of a Registered Office;
• Provision of an individual resident in Bermuda to act as Company Secretary;
• Maintenance of the Share Register, the Register of Directors and Officers and the Minute Book of the Company;
• Preparation of Notices and Agendas, attending and taking minutes at Company Board Meetings;
• Filing of statutory documents at governmental and other regulatory authorities.

Property Management

Derry Management Limited is a property management company that is designed to assist clients and companies that have property but do not have the time or expertise to effectively manage either the property or the company.  Working in both the residential and the commercial property sectors on a very selective basis Derry provides a personal and tailored service for private clients.
